Architecture must understand and transform the place where it is located, improving the quality of life of the people.

The building is of road alignment type. With the opening of the new pedestrian crossing, which connects the two streets, which border the plot, it goes from being intermediate, with a front and back facade, to having three facades.

This allows us to project quality rental housing, where virtually all rooms are exterior and most importantly, south-facing and views; with great thermal efficiency.
