Reform and Expansion of the Ordino Sports Center

This project refers to the reform and expansion of Ordino Sports Centre.

We performed a modification of the external image, also expanded slate roof with two slopes with the same slope as the rest of the building. The total area of reform and enlargement of 2882.62 m2.

And he took the opportunity to reform and improve the whole system of existing facilities for proper operation. Floor -1 (872.00 m2).

Necessária was building a small body of pitched roof added to the emergency exit between -3 and -4 plants (383.00 m2), on the northwest corner.

Went on the small deck at the -3 added to cover the steps to get South access to new locker rooms for members. On the ground were reformed -5 290.86 m2 and -6 (189.50 m2).

On the kitchen floor 1 (500.70 m2) was built a loft for installations. As in the existing exhibition area, created a service area with storage and refrigeration chambers for the bar-restaurant.

The staircase leading to the offices was relocated to a center position. Expanded the surface allowing for the multipurpose hall and bowling alley, with an exit directly connected to the outdoor patio.
The exhibition hall became a bowling alley, and part of the existing multipurpose room and offices were transformed into the shop and reception area.
