Set of Single Family Homes in Fontaneda

The residential complex is projected as a continuation of the old town of Fontaneda. The main idea is to respect and preserve the existing image of the town, using the typical materials of the country, the stone for the facades, the wood and the slate on the roof.

The entire residential complex is made up of 18 single-family homes of approximately 1,800 m2. All of them projected conservatively into the urban landscape.

All the houses are organized in a staggered way, forming three levels and placing the houses on three different levels. In this way it is ensured to have views and a good entrance of light from all levels.

In this set two types of housing can be differentiated, to cover and satisfy all the needs of people.

Type A homes have about 130m2. On the ground floor, the rooms, the bathrooms, and an exit to the garden are projected. On the first floor, there is access to the house, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the laundry room. On the ground floor, we find a very bright study.

On the second level four type B single-family homes are projected, these have an approximate area of 200m2. On the ground floor, we find the access and a large storage room at street level. On the first floor, the rooms and bathrooms are located. On the second floor, the living room, dining room, kitchen and an exit in the garden. And on the ground floor, a study.
