The residential complex is designed as a continuation of old Fontaneda. It has placed special emphasis on respect and preserve the urban fabric, the image existing in the village today.

The set consists of two blocks of 18 single-family houses with a total of approximately 1800 m2 each set.

Each house with gable roof, and embedded in the rock are separated from 6 m between them to achieve the same urban structure and the same density as the existing viv/m2 the people.

Are planned in all three levels, following the topography.

At the first level, there is a two-story community park of approximately 550 m2, with 22 spaces for the whole aparcamineto.

For each housing a two-seater box in the basement, with access from the road. And at this level are three buildings of two houses.

At the second level, following the topography, projected a pedestrian street of about 2.5 m wide, accessible from the road Fontaneda.
  
At the third level, project a second pedestrian accessible from the second level.

There are two different housing types as follows:

Type A: The homes of this type have 133.35 m2. Projecting ground floor 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and exit to the garden, first floor living room-dining room, kitchen and laundry as well as access to housing for the pedestrian street of the second level are located on the ground under cover a study.

The second level houses are projected four type B. These have an area of 200.54 m2.

At ground floor access from the pedestrian street, with a storage room. On the first floor 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor living room, kitchen, laundry room and exit to the garden. And on the ground under cover a study.
