Unifamiliar house architecture, als Vilars, Escaldes

This project refers to the architecture of a house in the residential area "Els Vilars" Escaldes (Andorra), with a total area of 1,216,15 m2. Pere Espuga, architect.

The construction involves 5 levels arranged in two parts:

At the bottom are projected: intalaciones room techniques, cellar and gym with the corresponding costume in the basement (with an area of 115.45 m2), garage floor 326.50 m2 with provision for 8 cars.

Housing starts in the plant -1 in an area of 251.06 m2.

Downstairs is the entrance to the house with toilet, kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room and bedroom "suite" with dressing area and ensuite bathroom, an area of 251.57 m2.
 

And on the floor two bedroom penthouse "suite" with bathroom and dressing room an office, are part of the 261.57 m2 of this plant.

The primitive intention of the project was to construct a building volume articulated in different sizes to adapt fully to the existing topography and down the stairs of a relatively large piece.

The maximum height of 10.50 m from natural ground level.

The roofs are of slate with slopes greater than 30%, with short hooks snow.

The interior walls plastered with good eyesight. And the tiles were made in stoneware pieces for bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, and glazed ceramic tile in bathrooms and services.
