Service station at the C.G.1, La Margineda

This project refers to the reform of the gas station in Sant Julia de Loria, in General Highway 1 to the height of "The Margineda".

The plot is located approximately between 4,400 and 4,500 pk with an area of 1869.07 m2. Located on the east by the CG1, with plots in the North and the South, and with the river "Great Valira" in the West.

The plot is relatively flat with a maximum difference of about 1.80 m height difference between the highest point and the lowest. The entry and exit is via the C.G.1.

The two existing buildings are demolished by the completion of a new building for commercial use on the ground floor and housing on the first floor.

The station consists of a canopy of about 400 m2. It also built two zones of manual washing and a washing machine.

Going into greater detail, we highlight the first floor and associated housing the station.

The structure is flat pillars and reinforced concrete slab. An outer coating formed from aluminum inner core of polystyrene, Gero, extruded polystyrene 8 cm, brick, and plaster coating.

The rear facade and exposed areas are more exposed concrete finishes, the interior walls of brick, slate roof is ventilated, extruded polystyrene insulation of 120 mm, and waterproofing with PVC sheet. The exterior woodwork is lacquered aluminum with thermal break.

The outdoor awnings are made with steel columns, metal roof, metal ceiling and wall plexiglass for labeling.

And finally the washing is done with steel columns, steel beams, siding plexiglass for labeling and glass cover. In all, a floor area of 800.31 m2.
