This proposal falls within the scope of the facilities to an isolated house in a residential setting established.

The project refers to a house with a total of 1181.60 m2 developed on three floors.

Access is on the ground floor of 357.20 m2. This plant does most of the house consists of living room, kitchen, toilet, office and two bedrooms with bathroom. This floor also houses the access ramp to the garage.

On floor -1 is 663 m2 garage with boiler room, a small gym with relaxation area and a swimming pool open to the garden.

On the ground under the cover of 161.40 m2 is a living room, bedroom suite and a study that is part and double space the living room downstairs.

The building both in volume and materials are integrated into the residential environment in which it is located.

Significant aspects: Structure: jacera pillar-reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete slabs and wooden structure on the cover.

Dry stone facades and wood com maximum height of 10.50 m on the level of the ground changed.

Slate roofs with slopes greater than 30%.

Dry stone tiling and tiling exterior view of wood.

The interior distributions were made with brick, plastered interior walls, the tiles are made ​​in stoneware pieces for bedrooms, kitchens, and glazed ceramic tile bathrooms and services.

And the living areas are finished with oak parquet.
