Facilities and improvement equipment, National Auditorium of Andorra

The objective of this project is to improve the facilities and equipment of the National Auditorium of Andorra, located in the parish of Ordino.

The improvement project affecting these parts of the Theater: entrance hall to the building ( ground floor) , facades, exterior carpentry , emergency exit corridor (ground floor ) , wardrobes ( basement - 1) , boiler and system air conditioning and heating.

The reform also included the repair and / or replacement of existing wood front terraces 1 and 2 and ground cover. Repair of existing wood ceilings on all building facades. Repair and / or replacement of handrails wooden railings all building facades.
At floor -1 wardrobe a new room was built on the third floor staircase with a door closed to optimize the heating system of the building as heat losses occur down the stairs.

In the boiler room finishes damaged walls and roof were repaired .
Part of the room for the installation of new gas -oil deposits are also closed .
This new equipment room meets the fire safety requirements .

As electronics performance consisted in improving illumination of the following areas : access to the building area , hallway emergency exit , electrical installation to comply with the regulation of low voltage areas are also improved : back basement wardrobe , local generator of new warehouse boiler room and basement store .

Performance consisting replace and climate control located on the third floor that warms the room auditorium. A new central control room thermostat was conducted and located at the bottom of the room. Like the radiators of the first and second floors , underfloor heating collectors of the entrance hall and the basement were replaced to incorporate temperature control in each zone.
